How do I configure a Remote Control?

Once a Remote Control has been added to the network, it must be connected to a target in order to control it, in the same way as all other control devices. Depending on the device, one (Remote Control Eco or up to six (Remote Control rooms or groups can be connected and controlled.

Connect the Remote Control

1. Open the Remote Control device screen.
2. If you have the 6-channel Remote Control, select a channel in the top part of the screen to configure it.
3. Tap the 'Connect' button at the bottom of the screen.
4. Select the control target you want to connect to (Room, Group or Devices).
5. Select the controllable unit and press 'Save'.

To make life easier, the scene buttons (A/B/C or 1/2/3/4) will be automatically assigned to the presets. You can change the assignment of these buttons manually afterwards if you wish.

Manual configuration

To change the assignment of a scene button, follow these steps:

1. Select the button you want to change.
2. Change the selection on the following screen and choose a different preset or scene.
3. Leave the selection screen and press the 'Save' button.

Remove connection

To remove a connection between a Remote Control and a controlled target, follow these steps:

1. Select the configured control target (e.g. Living Room).
2. The 'Connection' menu opens and allows you to change the target.
3. Select 'Nothing' to disconnect from the current target.
