Starting with Connect Mesh
Häfele Connect Mesh comprises intelligent components for connecting devices, systems and network platforms that bring digital life and smart room concepts into every household. Design your smart home with advanced products from Häfele.
Living is going digital. This also means that different devices, systems and network platforms need to speak a common language to make digital life as simple as possible. Häfele Connect Mesh brings these components together and ensures that they can communicate with each other.
All luminaires that are connected to a Connect Mesh distributor and all luminaires with their own Mesh chip can be connected to a network with Häfele Connect Mesh and then controlled centrally.
You have the choice when setting up the control system. No matter which choice you make. Depending on your requirements, you can also switch to a higher level at a later date.
Level 01 – EasyPairing
Simple with Easy Pairing. Automatically connect all lights in the vicinity to form a group at the touch of a button and then control them (all lights simultaneously on, off, dimming (depending on the type of light) and colour change (depending on the type of light)). Ideal for individual pieces of furniture, simple lighting control systems, 'island' solutions.
Level 02 - App
Convenient with the app. With the Häfele Connect Mesh App, you can control each light as required and combine this setting with the settings of other lights to create a light scene, which can then be activated via the app, a Remote Control or a Wall Switch at the touch of a button. Ideal for furniture combinations, room situations and light scenes.
Level 03 – Smart Home
With the Connect Gateway, voice control and integration with all Amazon Echo-compatible smart home devices can be set up quickly and easily.
Level 04 – Professional
Adopting an open approach via MQTT and Node-RED enables seamless integration of the Connect Mesh system with third-party systems such as KNX, Casambi, DALI and Häfele Dialock. The Connect Gateway supports both local and cloud-based integration. For more details, see the Professional documentation. A cloud API is available for further connections.
